Beth O'Leary is CEO (cheese eating officer) of Woombye Cheese Company, and is also responsible for the daily operations of the business including sales, marketing, HR, social media, and compliance. Beth shared with the judges; she comes with a huge passion for the artisan cheese industry. She doesn't just want to make great cheese - she wants to see this industry grow and become as iconic as beer and wine in Australia.
