A little bit more about our 2022 Professional Business Woman of the Year, Dr Tanya Bell -
Dr Tanya Bell is the Chief Executive Officer of Youturn Limited, a not-for-profit that has been providing services across Queensland for more than 30 years. Youturn provided mental health, suicide prevention, housing, homelessness and child safety support to vulnerable people.
As a Public Health Epidemiologist, Tanya began her career in the primary health sector over two decades ago in research and academic institutions.
Joining Youturn in 2018, Tanya has led the development and execution of the strategic vision including the renaming (formally United Synergies) of the organisation in 2020. With expertise in policy development, strategic and business planning and engagement she is driven to ensure that Youturn positively impacts and connects with the community.
