Our Leverage & Learn workshops are practical, hands-on sessions developed to add true value to viewers.

In July, we are joined by Craig McPherson, Dealer Principal of Pacific Motor Group. Employing over 115 people, like the rest of us, Craig had to stop and look at his whole business when COVID-19 struck. Some of his findings surprised him and taught him some lessons for every day business.

During his Leverage and Learn session, Craig will be sharing his COVID-19 learnings with us, focusing on what changes he is now implementing to track the ongoing performance of his team.

Using a real life tool that is relevant to any business, Craig will show us a way to track your teams performance and set benchmarks for the future. This tool will facilitate self evaluation and assist leaders to hold valuable and constructive conversations with their teams.
