Working as an in-house recruitment specialist for one of the largest employers on the Sunshine Coast for 4 years, Jade has successfully recruited and onboarded hundreds of employees at Sunshine Coast Council – and she’s ready to share the simple practices you can implement to attract, hire and engage the right people.
Jade’s passion for people and team dynamics paired with an exceptional ability to create time-saving and streamlined processes is what makes her really shine in this area.
Jade holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Psychology), and has undertaken significant training from leading executive recruitment agencies.
In this session, Jade will share the elements that make a successful recruitment process, and how your brand will benefit from having one.
