Travis Schultz - Travis Schultz Law

Then if you are not into sport yet love your wine, his Winemaker’s Masterclass is an annual event where the business community can imbibe and be educated in true style and raise much needed funds. Since inception, more than $450k has been raised for Sunny Kids.
Natalie Tink – Miss Monogram
Natalie Tink is the 2019 Micro/Small Business Woman of the Year and founder and managing director of Miss Monogram, a retail business that gives women an opportunity to express their individuality and femininity with bespoke fashion accessories, including personalized leather bags, wallets, wedding gifts, travel, and office accessories.
After almost 20 years in the world of publishing, running Coast to Coast Media, Natalie looked to explore new horizons in an industry she has always been passionate about - fashion.
Starting in 2016 with just $5,000 and no grant funding or backups, Miss Monogram has skyrocketed due to the passion, persistence, presentation, collaborations, customer experience and care factor driven by Natalie.
Miss Monogram products are now widely available across the country and beyond through the online store, Sunshine Plaza retail store, pop-up markets and events, and due to its popularity is often sought after and booked for specialised shopping centre marketing activations.
Natalie has also become a spokesperson for small business, mentorship and mental health, volunteering where possible to speak to university students, business groups and council programs such as the B-Well initiative.
Mark Paddenburg – The Innovation Centre Sunshine Coast
Mark is passionate about innovation and assisting entrepreneurs to scale their business. Mark has a demonstrated track record in connecting ideas, people, programs and capital, through his 30+ years at the forefront of economic development and innovation in Queensland. Mark is the CEO of the Innovation Centre Sunshine Coast Pty Ltd (IC) – one of Australia’s most successful regional startup accelerators.
Mark has directly assisted over 140 startups / scaleups over the last decade, introduced new Accelerator Programs, established the IC Mentor Panel and he is a founding member of SunCoast Angels P/L (local Angel Investment Group).
As CEO, Mark and his team today directly assist and mentor over 40 startup and high growth companies based at the IC. In previous roles, Mark directly assisted the cofounders of a range of new ventures including Dascom (now owned by IBM), QuickBeds (now owned by Flight Centre), FireWire (radical new surfboards), Tracknology, Australia TradeCoast, Brisbane Airport Corporation, GiftSaint and Storey Bridge Climb.
In his role as Manager, Invest Queensland (now part of Trade & Invest Queensland) his team directly assisted a range of larger companies establish / relocate to Queensland such as Youi Insurance, Talisman Energy, Digicel Pacific, Komatsu Reman and Sandvik.
Mark also has international experience having worked in various business development roles in the UK, China and PNG. Mark is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a member of the Sunshine Coast Chamber Alliance, is a former CPA member and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (GU) and Graduate Certificate in Management (UQ).
